Barbara J Anderlik joined The Hearn Company in 1994 and is the director of the Property Management and Asset Management groups. She also serves on The Hearn Company Investment Committee and the Board of Directors. Barb coordinates both the due diligence process for new acquisitions and the day-to-day operations of the company. Once a property is identified for acquisition, Barb leads the on-site due diligence team through a comprehensive building inspection and operational analysis.
Barb is deeply involved in every aspect of owning and operating investment-grade commercial property while managing the complexities of running a full-service real estate company.
