Jack Kramer joined The Hearn Company in 2003 as its chief financial officer. He is responsible for all aspects of the company’s accounting, taxes and financing arrangements and serves as an instrumental part of the company’s management team. Jack coordinates with the leasing group to supervise credit analysis for all potential tenants and works with the underwriting team on all potential property acquisitions. Jack also serves on The Hearn Company Investment Committee.Prior to joining The Hearn Company, Jack was a partner of the National Real Estate Practice at American Express Tax and Business Services and a partner at Altschuler, Melvoin and Glasser, LLP, one of Chicago’s premier accounting and business advisory firms.
