Lindsay Hearn joined The Hearn Company in 2010 as vice president helping to identify and pursue property acquisitions in major markets nationwide. She also spearheads Hearn’s green retrofits and sustainability efforts.
Before coming to Hearn, Lindsay directed marketing and leasing at New York’s Empire State Building during its $500 million Green Building Retrofit and LEED certification. Earlier she served as Newmark Knight Frank’s national agent for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, creating a standardized business model for the repositioning and value maximization of Starwood’s national portfolio.
