Todd Hearn — Construction Coordinator

Todd Hearn joined The Hearn Company in January of 2011 as an analyst bringing a background in accounting and financial analysis to his daily modeling assignments. With proficiency in various analytical software programs, Todd spearheaded the underwriting efforts for Hearn acquisitions.
In an effort to expand Todd’s familiarity with all facets of the Hearn operation, in April of 2013, Todd moved to the development phase of the business and joined The Hearn Construction Company as a project coordinator. In his current capacity, Todd will be a part of the team running the redevelopment of both the John Hancock Center and 55 West Monroe St. in Chicago.
