Melissa Mears, Vice President, joined The Hearn Company in 2006. She brings over 5 years of leasing and financial modeling experience to her role in the oversight of the financial underwriting and transaction management functions. As a member of the leasing team which manages the marketing and lease renewals for commercial office space located in major CBD and suburban markets throughout the nation such as Chicago, Phoenix, Denver, Minneapolis, San Diego, and Orange County, Melissa brings critical execution experience to her financial modeling role. Melissa also works closely with Mr. Hillemeyer on debt and equity placement as well as the dispositions of existing assets.
