Construction

The Hearn Construction Company was founded as an affiliate in 1984 to expand the parent company’s internal real estate capabilities in the core areas of construction and design. Since its inception, THCC has built out millions of square feet of office and retail space in numerous cities across the country earning a reputation for consistently delivering upscale facilities on time and on budget.

Though we have built countless suites in the most modern and up-to-date skyscrapers, we learned and refined our trade through extensive experience in the redesign and redevelopment of office properties circa 1920–1950.  We have demolished vintage office properties back to the shell and performed deep renovation work replacing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, upgrading outdated elevator and controls, refurbishing eroded facades and window systems, rebuilding roof systems, adding sprinkler and other life-safety improvements, restoring deteriorated multi-level garage decks and re-tenanting entire developments.
